Changes to the ( x ) have been made recently, but the evasiveness is still there:/. . . Lawyers are bastards too . . . .

This happen an hour'ish ago, my lawyer send's me a text that doesn't make sense about my Judge setting up a meeting, now, and or later in the text for a week after the set court date..   . . . my thought's are this is getting ridiculous to the point where, cops being month's have gone by and there's no statement's with pictures in regard's to my innocence and absolutely should be , and or phone log info from the operators on my behalf loaded into my files online even thou this all started from March 23rd of this year, lawyers don't care Stone Law at $3500.00 even lied to a Judge as I told him my Lawyer never did a Pre-Pre trial video chat/that's perjury, I have yet to be paid back any money from Stone Law firm, now Craig Johnson $5000.00 is granting the criminal's time from not being able to show up in court he even stated that he could do that with out my permission thou he did call me to ask the Judge for the extension, even thou the case would be dismissed , and everybody would be happy, but not my new lawyer, as an example he has no document's loaded from my grandma doc or into my online case file. Another Example is Craig sent me with these boxes on a document not marked......and why. It's like I don't learn or know when enough is enough, this is what happen's to veteran's we are pushed to our psychological limit's, and become numb to drama like it's normal .. . all I think about it is why me, what did I do to anyone to deserve this, I've always been the type to work, movie watch, meditate, sleep, listen to music, etc..  . .and try to think positive.  . .these people make you hate life, and bring out the worst in all good men, claiming they are good themself :/ .. . .. in the end it's my Trial by Jury that will be left knowing, and the Judge under no pressure to help me, being my health problem I'd rather die a free man, freedom I went to war for as an innocent man to this day, than be ruthlessly used by a bunch of scam bag bastards.  .. . .cops, lawyers, and criminals alike :( . . .. .

( x ) is marked is what my new attorney offers from his docu sign doc, not what I have yet to docu sign agreed to pay yet, thou have been charged. ..  even thou he says he provides a free console....

First it's Through Pre-Trial Negotiations  ( x ) is marked . .. . meaning he's convinced with out a doubt the charges will be reduced, not completely gone thou, that is something I automatically stated I'm completely innocent. . . and I know he just really thinks, I'm a stupid street thug of some kind. . . 

Next the Through Pre-Preliminary Hearing is ( x not ) marked meaning he doesn't care that something could have been missed .. . 

Also Evidence Suppression is ( x not ) marked, really I find it an absolute mystery why there is not ( 1 ) S.SLCPD notation or picture in regards to Rene from before or after, my house being trashed, safe being nearly robbed from me and property stolen, my car being stolen the first time, paraphernalia being found, house being trashed whilst in the IPU, my front door being kicked in by Rene, and my info toward her signing an agreement toward leaving peacefully put in the grandma doc's, also the house being trashed again whilst in the IPU due growing gut problems, and fear Rene might die from addiction, the second time my car got stolen, thou cops did put forth the grandma doc's toward my honesty, and working toward justice the day of the 23rd, but 1 cop didn't he lied blatantly saying I refuse to show him camera data, he's maybe 60 yr's old probably has multiple retirement pensions and know's he can get away with murder, also there's nothing from the night I got out of jail as my whole house was nearly robbed, yet they really cared about just my safe and firearm the whole time, and said this whole thing was my fault, and I was walking a fine line with what's mine and or Rene's, even thou I had witnesses and verbal statement's backing I was chased in my house by the same guy that stole my car earlier with a Machete out of my house. . .the cops ran into my house, and right back out like who the fuck cares the night of, and wasted a whole bunch of time outside as Rene, and Lincoln got away with my HK 9mm, then weeks later my credit card being stolen, and watched as police put evidence in the right pocket, and the drugs and other evidence later into a paper bag, Rene was never charge for anything I can't find anything online too about that arrest, also I like to add thank's ass hole spy harassment hacker/Kracker neighbors for proving nothing to help me thru a poor addict girl situation or anything else I actually know of it too, unless it's a sadistic game etc. . 

At Sentencing is marked ( x ) meaning he plans on me being sentenced, all thing's said and not done with my Detective and his I'm in a medical leave thou he could have got evidence from Vargas Auto because Rene, and Lincoln broke into van's etc to hide from cops, that camera data is gone forever. . . being it was a 1.5 month thing before he even called me about Rene, me stating I don't know what happen to the firearm, Rene said cops stole it the night of. . . I don't know what to believe about that, a junkie lier or bastard cop .. . 

Expungement is ( x not ) marked meaning even thou I could get charged he has no plan on helping get them off my record . ..

Review is ( x not marked ) The term judicial review refers to a court's review of a decision of a lower court in order to determine whether an error was made. meaning that there was no error made at all  .. . .. really that must mean cops, lawyers, and the district attorney are god like... .with a badge, gun, mace, taser, tax funded right to destroy ect . . .it stated that I was a restricted person at first that must have helped the cops arrest me to begin with .. . now that's not what I'm being charged, why ?

402 Reduction is ( x not ) marked meaning he ain't even trying for veteran court at all for me ! !   !

Restitution ( x not ) marked even thou I just had a Gary Lynn Reynold's guy assault me, and that makes me think wow, !  !    ! I was treated so much better with the Gary thing, then during the Rene thing from cops, due the total, and complete an utter hell she bring's into my life to this day . ..being the first time cops said it's her right to live here, so I guess I felt sorry for her, and that's why I let her back in the second time, even thou I learned in the 2.5 month's she was/is on a mission to destroy that I knew her :/. . .Restitution due my property was stolen, and damaged, and certainly can't work due Rene, and Gary with thought's of home robbery or violence or now serious gut problems....  

Order to show cause is ( x not ) marked maybe meaning at the last few hour's even thou I'd dealt with Rene swearing to never bring my car back, and ignored that I would take a cab to get it, and was force to say just bring it back, also something a mid-aged Hispanic Male told me to do ounce before to play the game.... I did have the cops on the phone as Lincoln and Glen were at my house in my car ready to leave again, even thou I told them to stay put...

Appeal is ( x not ) marked being I will need an appeal do no one cares, not the junkies, cops, lawyer's, district attorney, neighbor's even thou I warned them of Rene, and I was emotionally attached at the time ect . . .

DMV Hearing is ( x not ) marked being Rene did steal my car twice, who know's that could help if had been marked ( x ) :/. . .if that's how it could, should, or has in the past worked. . .cops didn't ticket her for the time she said she got pulled over in my car, that's really weird !  !   ! Like why I got a ticket for over 5 miles an hour, costing me problems with insurance etc. . .yet nothing happen to her...

Bench Trial ( x ) is marked being Attorney Craig Johnson plan's on the Judge only making his small minded decision, with out exposing the un-just system for example what kind of system makes an admin error in regard's to Gary's last name being completely wrong, and his assault on me, and possible rape charge on my 23yr old roommate giving Gary ample time to hide  . . .They had him in the system as Gary Lynn Johnson weird, that was the phone gmail name attached to the phone, not his actual name .. . Gary Lynn Reynolds.

Jury Trial ( x ) is marked and why is because my lawyer I just paid $5000 to is maybe thinking it will go to trial, if I except the decision or not,  like duh that's what I wanted the whole time, it's in the Constitution for a Trial by Hearing .. . . 

Also Craig if you read this, know that I do not deserve to be called, "Homie"..... from someone I've never met, and that was seriously un-called for you to be upset at me etc when I wanted to stop you from stealing my money. . . . .
