Hello your Honor, I have thought about the Pre-trial Case # 21G002660 hearing a lot, and have thought about when you stated, "Was I threatened ?". Lincoln Morgan was walking around being hostile around or inside my house when Rene asked him to come over. I saw him with Brass Knuckles, and a Knife the first time I met him.....he did strangely walk around my house with the weapon's on him ready to be used. . ..as for the day my car was stolen, Lincoln didn't care to tell me where my car was even thou I had asked to begin with early morning at about 5 a.m., and I stated to him I'd take a taxi or cab to retrieve it, instead he ignored me. It’s likely to use my car only, and given back or not as the mean's in exchange for Rene Lynn Johnson's stuff to move out on March 23rd. . . .. .The second was where Lincoln did return my car damaged, he was ignoring or playing along with my frustration to return it in exchange for Rene Lynn Johnson's stuff or to keep himself out of trouble being he had text me that he forced Jessica Jakubinsin out my car, Jessica was the only person I allowed to drive it to begin with...........Anywho I get charged for doing what I did. ......then I get out of jail in the same day, and at home with in minutes to find my whole inside property had been displaced, and ready to be robbed as all the expensive stuff was placed by the front door, I first saw Rene Lynn Johnson, and stated to her, , “Your robbing my house”, I then saw my safe in my room. I saw in my room my safe was torn open, and my Armed Guard Security HK9mm was gone. Then I went to the kitchen to finally get chased out of my house from the kitchen, from Lincoln with a Machete in his hand. Just minutes later Rene and Lincoln both got back in my 2011 Kia Soul Car to drive off, but instead likely couldn't get it started, and ran off instead. Weird enough I told dispatch Lincoln had an Ankle Monitor as well, yet Lincoln or Rene weren't caught. . ... "SO AS I WAS ASKED DID I FEEL THREATENED", I DO HAVE TO SAY OVER ALL, "YES".....I DID ! ! !, and unfortunately I didn't have a, "DETECTIVE or COPS".... to gather witness statement's or camera data, or anything from this neighborhood for a full month. Really this is why I thought to say, "NO".....when you asked.....it's because I don't have proof or understand the court system, and I was not in the right state of mind. This is something I have brought up, again, and again with my attorney Craig Johnson. I didn't sleep or eat normally for days prior to the pre-trial, and have been suffering severe gut problems, nausea, I recently had been diagnosed with diverticulitis, and had polyps just months prior.. . ... I had no idea what I was up against, other than to expect the worst which I had found that Rene was all bad, and her friends were too, as well learning the S.SLC PD, the 3rd District Court Protective Order Staff, AOG, FBI, ATF, my Detective or anyone for matter's of my stolen property ect . . . . . as an example not much of anything to catch or keep in jail Rene Lynn Johnson, Sheena Brimhall, Lincoln Morgan, or the unidentified suspect's as well from Feb 2nd and March 23rd to be charged or kept away from me or my family, or my home . .. . I even had Rene arrested for having my Stolen Credit Card in her bag shortly after March 23rd.... just to show for the record I was doing what my detective failed to do, even after he was finally on the case. I had also reported to the S.SLC PD Tip Line when I saw illegal activity, at her apartment in Taylorsville where she lived at from June, until just recently that she was evicted being she's stuck on wanting to be a criminal, or having too I'm not sure due her addiction . ..keep in mind I have had zero contact from her due since I have a protective order, thou that has yet to be served to her even though she was arrested, and put in jail for a half day just a week ago, and released on overcrowding ....my thoughts on Rene is she has a narcissistic personality, which is only driven to get drugs, use them, and distribute them as well.....I do absolutely feel like a fool, being a lot of people have told me those are not everyday people anymore they are drug induced bastards. It really is a lot to understand mostly from Feb 2nd to March 23rd., being I'm not a drug addict nor ever have been ! ! !....Anywho know this I'am a victim, and want to seek justice from the criminal's, and have done everything I can do stating Rene was not my girlfriend as specially after Feb 15th'ish 2021, nor even a friend, really she was just a horrible experience, and one I'll never forget ! ! ! So as for this email, it's just to show before, and after my experience with Lincoln, it was a threatening experience, or I was threatened. As for at the time of my car I only can say Glenn or Lincoln might have had a weapon from my home cameras that I saw, but as they were in my car I can't say being I could not see threw the door's of my car. I also wasn't about to take that chance, and my only intent was to detain them. Also keep in mind Jessica Jakubinsin was the only person at all I had agreed to drive my car the night before, for only a couple hours. Jessica had run in my house prior to me being arrested a few hours before, and told me, again, and again that Lincoln and Rene stole it ! ! ! .. . . . ...Jessica recently told me she redacted the 1102 Statement due Rene Lynn Johnson threatened her life, and this is where I'm at with no evidence, nor or Angel Ortega, Angel also being I asked her to come home to get my back the night of March 23rd, being I had no doubt in my mind about what might happen at home....Angel was going to give a statement, but feared any bad connection due her new born baby, she did give a verbal statement the night of as officer's were inside my house March 23rd.... anywho if it's deemed I used excessive force, I do feel I do deserve Vet Court, thou I have yet to find out, and am waiting patiently thou I have court on the 28th of this month for Arrangement.. .. . also I do appreciate even a confirmation that you have read this, I do feel it’s extremely important for my case here in my near future….Thank You ! ! !
