Crazy to think me a ( 2 ) Tour Army Veteran got ( 2 ) felonies and ( 4 ) misdemeanors for detaining with my CFP Firearm a guy that stole my car…as I’m in jail he came back to my home I’m buying and robbed it, my ( 9mm ) was ripped out of my lock and key safe, so I saw what was happening only to be chased out of my house with a machete, also knowing he was a violent offender on an ankle monitor. . . . and cops never caught or charged him, and there is a mad amount of lies from the police, it’s likely because I can sue and plan on it for their actions toward me, and lack there of doing nothing on my behalf. This is a true story, I nearly lost everything do the criminal's, and the worthless justice system :/…I’ve been paying AP&P monthly for a year now, just to really rub it in that they have power like gods! It’s bizarre too because I used to do Armed Guard Security with that very 9mm for the City County Building, ya’ know where the Mayor work’s etc… . .also all this happened in the same day March 23rd of last year. Lately I emailed South SLC Detective Hill about getting some of my property back, he told me he would ask the criminal if she had my stuff, instead of asking the Summit County Police being there’s an article about Sheena Brimhall online so as I said for some reason this Bad Cop has it out for me… . .Also don’t hire Stone Lawfirm to be your Attorney, the guy is as bad as the criminal’s that ruined my life, being he lied to a Judge for my first preliminary court meeting :/ . . ... .my name is Oliver Jay Perry :). . . . I need some better contact's to start the civil lawsuit ect :/ Being Lincoln Morgan, Rene Johnson, Sheena Brimhall, Glenn Castagno...... none of them have been charge for anything ! ! ! There were witnesses, video, data recordings, my damaged and displaced property, yet my bastard Detective Neile Hill S.SLC PD has done nothing to this day ! ! ! So being Jessica the person I lent my car to, but was forced out recently told me she redacted the 1102 Statement due Rene Lynn Johnson threatened her life, and this is where I'm at with no evidence, nor or Angel Ortega, Angel also being I asked her to come to my home after being discharged from jail to get my back the night of March 23rd. Being I had no doubt in my mind about what might happen at home.... .Angel was going to give a statement, but feared any bad connection due her new born baby, she did give a verbal statement the night of as officer's were inside my house March 23rd.... anywho if it's deemed I used excessive force, ultimately I plead no-contest and going thru the process of Vet Court. . . .. here is additional information below too .. . . .Case # 21G001499 Rene Lynn Johnson Domestic IP lying on the phone Feb 17th 2021 to cops, I've never hurt Rene at the time or any other time. I started having feeling's for her with her nor would ever to this day. Case # 21G001586 Grand Theft from Rene Lynn Johnson from Feb 19th to 20th. Stolen Property Case # 21G001578 from Rene Lynn Johnson, Sheena Brimhall and Nicole Ostler stole my Dell E6440 Laptop $1000 Value Serial # MG246450317, and PS4 $200 Value Serial # 6BXGXZ1. Case # 21G002660 for Assault on Lincoln Morgan, and Glen Castagno from me detaining them in my stolen car ect . .. . Lincoln Morgan Case # 21G002679 for assaulting me with a Machete in the same day March 23rd as they were robbing my house. I never got a Case # for my Stolen KIA SOUL Value $6800 trade-in Car Vin KNDJT2A20B7708413 or my H&K 9MM Serial # ( 224-2245470 ) or the attempted robbery of all of possessions being stolen in the same 12hrs I was charged, and put in jail for defending it. Lincoln Morgan even admitted in a text message him, and a man of the named Alias ( Toke King ) from the early 5 A.M.ish morning on March 23rd, stole my car, and was brought back damaged internally due the Power Train was making a clunking noise, the key was also broken in the ignition, and even thou I paid for an alignment at Vargus Automotive it couldn't be fixed. Vargus just a stone's throw away from my house had camera data that could have been used in Court during trial, but due Detective Neile Hill email nhill@southsaltlakecity.com, it is lost forever due to timing, and lack of anyone doing anything to gather evidence.... .

This is a good damn example of fear, and intimidation from the justice department, and Rene's DOPL ganger/facebook linked likely mexican or a far left white trash type.. . .  .  THERE ABSOLUTELY SHOULD BE NO JUSTICE NO PEACE, being how is it, I tried to kick a delinquent junkie out my house that never paid rent, and my life was threatened, cops had been here when I showed them Rene's meth bong, and dirty needles, also being she trashed my house, again, and, again, even when I was in the IPU trying to get help, and  after she stole my Dell E6440 Computer, PS4, and car.
